Advisory Services
Start with a Capability Validation Assessment for an evidence-based view of where you stand and what to prioritise, or a Team Capability Assessment if the question is whether your people are equipped to deliver. The two work well together. For one issue, a workshop aligns leaders quickly; for anything else, talk to us about tailored advisory. Every engagement is scoped in writing, with a fixed quote within 48 hours.
Capability Validation Assessment
Is our change portfolio moving us towards Government 3.0, and what next?
For organisations running several large programmes at once that need to know whether they add up to one operating model. Around six weeks of active delivery across a ten-to-twelve-week window: Establish, Validate, Prioritise, Deliver.
You receive a maturity assessment with confidence notes, a consistency check of current strategies, a Now / Next / Later roadmap, a leadership decision log, a SPRITE trust risk scan, and an executive pack and readout.

Team Capability Assessment
Do our people have the capability to deliver the change, and where should we invest?
FGI assesses a team, division or leadership group against the 20 FGX practitioner capabilities across Leadership, Human Experience, Trust (SPRITE) and cross-cutting skills, each read on the G0 to G4 progression and calibrated against real work.
You receive a team profile showing where capability is strong, where it is thin and where you rely on one or two people, with priorities for development, recruitment and partnering. FGX complements, rather than competes with, the workforce and capability frameworks you already use, and can be repeated after 12 months.

Tailored advisory
A reform challenge that doesn't fit a standard package? Most likely, yes.
Beyond the two assessments, FGI shapes commissions around the problem in front of you: strategy, narrative and briefing material for elected leaders, executives and councils; facilitated sessions and peer roundtables; guides and playbooks for delivery teams; trust, AI assurance and SPRITE advice; independent review of a strategy or programme; and ongoing senior counsel.

Workshops
Half-day and full-day workshops led by senior Fellows, each tied to a real decision your team faces and closing with a summary pack of decisions, risks and a recommended next step. Each can be tailored to your context, portfolio or level of government.

Who we work with
National, state, provincial and local governments: elected leaders, agency heads, executive teams, mayors and councils, and the people who support them.

Led by people who have done it
Former senior leaders, agency heads and chief digital and information officers who have run reform inside government, working with your leaders as peers. The Hon. Victor Dominello oversees engagements with executive leaders.

How we work
A fixed quote within 48 hours, agreed in writing, with no licence or subscription charges. Deliverables are editable and yours. FGI is vendor-neutral: it does not evaluate procurements or recommend technology products or suppliers.

Why FGI Advisory
Findings are anchored in the FGX standard and the SPRITE trust architecture, scored G0 to G4, so progress can be measured over time. Deliverables are practical, editable and yours: briefs, roadmaps and playbooks your leaders can take straight to an executive team, elected leader or council. FGI sells no technology, takes no vendor commissions and accepts no vendor funding for standards work.
