G3 Ready is the threshold with teeth: governed data, codified rules, delegated identity, and named-person accountability. Reach it as an individual and earn your FGX G3 Certified credential; reach it as an organisation and become an FGX G3 Certified Organisation. Paper
Paper forms, counters, and filing. Every interaction starts from the beginning, and people queue for each one. Government controls the process end to end.
Digitised
Paper processes moved online. Forms can be found and submitted at any hour, and information is published rather than requested. Each agency still runs its own systems, so services are more convenient but remain siloed and transactional.
Platform
Shared platforms and common components appear. Agencies reuse identity, payments, and notification rather than each building their own, and service design improves. Journeys are still assembled department by department, with no single front door.
Connected
