What Fellowship Is and Why It Matters
FGX Fellows are a global network of 250 leaders who shape the FGX Rating System and guide the standard from G0 to G4. Fellows ensure rigour across the Three Pillars of Government 3.0: Leadership, Human Experience, and Trust, preserving the independence governments recognise and rely on.
Fellowship is earned through impact and service. Fellows actively contribute to FGX methodology, review assessments, convene Communities of Practice, and translate evidence into pathways to G3 Ready. This is a selective and mission driven role that advances capability for organisations, partners, and professionals worldwide.
